I had the bad luck of coming home to no water on Friday night. I called Sunco Saturday morning and was put on the list for service. They showed up earlier than I was planning and got right to it. They explained every step that they were doing and the reason behind it. I had Bert and Jake for a crew and found them to be very efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Very comical also. I was trying to negotiate money off my bill and decided to charge $50.00 for handing Jake his flashlight. That's when I was informed by Bert that they charge $100.00 to touch their flashlight. I decided then to just let the pros do their thing. I recommend Sunco to anybody that has a well or is thinking of getting a well. Very good experience all around. Thank you guys.

I woke up on a Saturday with no water. A Plummer said it may be my well pump. I called around and no one answered. Then I called Sunco. Sharon picked right up which I was surprised. She said they believe in giving you a live person even on Saturdays when they can. Sharon was able to help me determine it was probably my pump. Thinking I would be stuck with no water for a week, Sharon assured me that the tech will not only be able to check it, they can change it, All in one visit (did I forget to mention this was on a Saturday, who does this). The tech came, verified the problem, then replaced everything that was affected. I was back with water within 4 hours from the time I discovered it. Expensive fix but they helped us the whole way through including us working it through my insurance. I highly recommend them.

Our well went dry in July the summer of 2016. I called several well companies including Goodwin Water and Affordable Well and none of them ever called me back. I called Sunco and the came the same day and started drilling. On the second day, they hit water after drilling 580' and we now have 30+ gallons a minute. They were prompt, professional and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

We had 17 years of sedement and gunk almost completely clog all of our fixtures. Sunoco had an emergency line and were able to get someone out to us the next day. We had Matt and Donny come to our home the next day and they worked for at least 8 hours flushing our pipes trying to get our water pressure back. They added a water filter which we didn't realize was not already installed. They were very professional. Matt came back on a Saturday and spent another 6 hours here with my husband continuing to flush the pipes, cleaning fixtures and providing us with new fixtures where we needed them and other equipment to help the water flow smoothly. We have a family of six so their help was greatly appreaciated. Overall really nice guys with great customer service! We definitely will recommend them to others!

Thanks to reading the review that named Affordable Drilling as the company the reviewer went with after being disappointed by Sunco, i would have never known they existed.I was lead to believe by Sunco that t I would have service when they could not deliver. I Was without water.......they promised service instead of telling me upfront that they could not get to me.Affordable came the same day I called......the technician was knowledgeable and personable. I would use them again. By the way .......they solved the issue in a timely and efficient manner! I have water!.

Initial experience was great. End result was a quote well over the amount verbally discussed with one family operator. (Bert)We researched additional drilling companies and obtained other quotes.Another family operator (Ross) decided we were "ungrateful" that they hooked us up a water truck. They decided to (without notification) take the well truck. Leaving a family of 5 without any means of water. This devastated our family and obviously created endless more issues.Our well failed on 6/11/16. We called and had the first on-site visit and installation of temporary water was 6/13/16. On 6/21/16 the temporary water was removed without notice. Today is 6/22/16 and we signed a contract with another company to have our well drilled tomorrow 6/23/16. Thank you Sunco as a result of the terrible behavior you showed I'm saving $4000 on the drilling of my well with Affordable Well in Sabattus.
