This was our third house purchase and it was the smoothest yet. We started this search while living in Tennessee and Jennifer found us several homes. She would update the list and send them in a daily email. When we found the house we wanted, she got the offer submitted that afternoon, accepted and we closed 30 days later. She asked all the right questions to limit any issues from financing, inspections, and insurance needs. You could not hire a better agent for your real estate transaction.
