I do hr here. It's pretty great. Mostly your job is just making friends with everyone you meet and answering questions. I honestly feel like I'm being paid to socialize and be helpful. Love it.

So Sunwire. This place says it is a Marketing agency. Well, I recently went in for an Interview here at their location in Old Town Scottsdale (which is probably the best thing about this place- Location) and actually, got the job. Although, I had to decide against working here. The people here treated me very well and were pretty professional. The thing is they are not what they seem to be. I find out that it's pretty much commision only( after 2 promotions you eventually get a salary..I think). If your fresh out of school and need a job right away, this may be for you. I just cant see myself trying to sell DirecTV to shoppers inside of Costcos at this point in my life. Plus, it's not always a good sign when you leave the interview feeling like you just got out of those pryamid schemes seminar...minus the free Big Screen TV.

I love working at SunWire! I've been cross trained for multiple roles, I understand how to run a profitable team and I'm a lot more marketable now! The trainers are humble, they support you and they take the time to figure out what you need. I feel like my mentor actually invested in my growth! I absolutely love this job!!!!

What a coincidence that the positive reviews are all written hours apart..Was with the company for awhile. I got sent out to a business trip in Nashville and the supervisor left me completely stranded in a horrible hotel, with no transportation. I had to call Smart Circle (which is the actual company we work for) to get put into a new hotel room that was actually decent.The job is not for everybody, you're going to find days where you are standing in Costco and nobody wants DIRECTV, it is more than just "following the system". Can it work? Eh, maybe.That is if you have absolutely no life, family or anything to give up. Good luck everybody!

Sunwire is a fun place to work. I've only been here for about a week but my favorite part is definitely the morning meetings. I just really love team work and you can tell everyone really wants to help each other develop. I'm looking forward to my career here :)

What can I say about Sunwire... It's not for everyone, but it is something special. The best part about working here is you're treated like you're competent. It's a really good work environment and the only downside is the same as the upside: The managers are first time managers. They're still figuring it out. It's a place that fosters growth and new experiences. You really get to see how nobody is perfect, but you also get to see how people rise up, overcome, humble themselves and more. It's an awesome place to work if you're patient and like money. My check this week was literally $1,134 bucks so I guess I can't complain.
