I've been calling for 2 weeks about servicing my graphtec (supposedly graphtec dealer/repairer) plotter, and have gotten no where. Spoke to Joe once, to which he requested I email them photos about our problem, which I did. Received no response, emailed again, again no response. Called several times, left messages, no response. At this point they're costing me money while I look elsewhere into a new plotter. My shop puts out $300k of work annually, as I continue to grow I'll never use Supplies Unlimited. If you need something for a plotter or service, look elsewhere.
