I so appreciate working with Susan and Patrick. They are responsive and care tremendously about their clients. I've been with other agents who I never hear from. That's not the case with Susan's office. Life is busy and I know I can count on them to contact me proactively. I also love their style. Super personable and just great people to know and work with.

Susan Haub has been my insurance agent for over 10 years. I have had renter's, homeowner's, and car insurance with her. She, Patrick and her office staff have always responded quickly and professionally to any questions or concerns I've had. I've made it a point to go in and see her for period insurance reviews. She has always been well prepared by reviewing my file and providing guidance that makes sense for me and my family. Sadly, I am moving out of state and will no longer be able have her as my agent. If I could though, I definitely would continue to do so.
