I have been with State Farm Insurance for 7 years and have spent over $30,000 dollars in insurance premiums with Suzette as my agent. I have never had a claim. Always paid my bill. Last week my neighbors house caught on fire and damaged my home. I called in to State Farm to start my claim as it was after hours. I never received a call from Suzette or her office. When I finally did call in to find out information I was told on the phone “Oh you wouldn’t hear from us”. Really I said... your my agent. Two more days have passed and nothing. The adjuster has been out... and I have paid premium on my insurance for replacement cost. My adjustment claim states depreciated value .... Again.... nothing from Suzette’s office.
