Sylver Consulting recently helped up our marketing game through their program "21 Days to Millennial Authenticity." The wine industry has been slow to address this generation, so we relied upon the Sylver team and their meticulous materials to guide us into uncertain territory. Not only was the program itself very helpful (its featured worksheets acted as "homework" for my team to put the concepts into action), but we also felt that the Sylver team was there helping every step of the way.I cannot recommend Sylver more highly!

This is also the parent company of Field Voices. They need to work on their process. They setup studies without clearly specifying what kind of participation they expect from you. They pay late and if the payment is not received, you contact them only to find out that they think your participation is not enough and they decided not to pay you. There is no communication from them about payment unless YOU contact them. I had to argue with them over email back and forth for a measly $30 and they ended up paying me only half of it. They are cheap, unprofessional and they lack the right skills and process in conducting studies. There are way too many other focus group companies, there is absolutely no need to work with Field Voices hence with Sylver Consulting.
