Feedback:

This is the worst company I've ever worked for and its not worth giving it a one star. I still haven't been payed for the days I worked there. They say they pay minimum wage for a base salary and it goes up with commission. If you don't make any sales, you're pretty much making the same as someone working at fast food. Even low end marketing and management internships make more than that.Their training is boring and repetitive and they don't offer you any other strategies for making a sale. To get leads, all they do is make you drive to retail stores: Target, Menards, and Walmart, and say the same stupid script to force customers to sign up for DirectTV and AT&T. Not an effective marketing strategy considering most consumers prefer streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime over the overpriced junk you call cable. Also, beware several of the managers have very nasty attitudes and will push you to your breaking point. They have ridiculous expectations and criticizes everything you do, even to the way you dress! Some of them are also very physical, they love to horseplay. Very immature for so called professionals, I'm surprised they haven't been arrested yet for assault or sexual harassment. What a horrible company, I've wasted a long commute and gas for nothing. It's not surprising why they have so many openings, because nobody wants to work for their shady pyramid scheme! They don't even have a proper looking office. They are located in a secluded room in a sketchy building. Stay away from this company! I don't even recommend being an inch away from them, they are literally like vampires!

Feedback:

I got hired with the promise of a management entry level position, with a base pay of 360 (or basically 9/Hr) which honestly you can make more at McDonald's, but that's besides the point...Instead of any management, you end up at a Walmart, trying to sell direct tv, and century link to people who aren't interested in it at all, cause let's be logical here, 9 times out of 10, these people came here to buy food, not direct tv. When I got interviewed it was by a hiring manager, and the regional manager/CEO/scam artist, he was very unprofessional. He couldn’t speak one sentence without cursing, he couldn’t stay in one place (ADHD much?), and he was rubbing the hiring managers back, making her look very uncomfortable. He even stated that he doesn’t even know how he got in his position with the way he acts.He also made it seem as though the employees he usually hires all have their master degrees. This Inturn makes you feel like this job is a huge opportunity, which is the complete opposite!!! I discovered the next day that all the employees are either highschool drop outs, or have never spent a day in college. DONT LET THESE PEOPLE TRICK YOU!!!Otherwise, if you're ok with rejection, driving the hell out of your car to go from Minneapolis to Wisconsin, having 3 five minute breaks in a 10 hour work day, and having hurt feet, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!! :)). And if you’re reading this, and fell victim to these people, please write a review! We need to warn others!

Feedback:

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company lied and trick my little sister. Telling her she would be doing marketing jobs and can give her the experience for better things in the future but instead they had her selling directly tv and told her she would have to wait 3 weeks to get paid. They also tried to make her travel to Chicago after only working 3 days. I glad she didn't go because gods knows what would have happen to her. Anyone one of the leader told her that they are basically not paying their employees and lying to people. Is I knew what she was doing before I would have researched this company for her but it's too late. People please do research about a company before you work for them.

Feedback:

If you're good with people and driven you can succeed here. After just three days of training I was able to hit my quotas. I left because of shady practices and being disregarded when I brought it to management.

Feedback:

Do NOT WORK FOR THEM. They do NOT PAY their Employees!!!

Feedback:

I was recently hired on for a marketing position, which I quickly learned wasn't the truth. As I took on my new, "marketing position,"my first place to market was in the Brooklyn center Walmart to set up a table to sell Direct TV packages.False advertising for the purpose of employment. DO NOT fall for this!

Feedback:

who are you Kyle I have never met you in my life nor have you ever worked for us. We operate on W4 and is registered under state law. We represent the best and biggest clients. So explain how are we fake? How do we even know you? I am just confused on how you would know we are "fake" If we have never met you and you have never met us. Now if you think that when we tell people they can run a region in a year to a year and half is "fake" than I am the living proof that it is real. I was a financial advisory with Fells Fargo along with many other well known firms, I lift that career path for this one and it took me about a total of 10 months from entire level to regional manager. The simple reason is because I worked hard, and on top of that I had the skill set along with the right mind set to make it happen. Now if you or anyone similar to yourself don't want to work hard to gain things in life and if you don't have the skill set to take care of other and manage people than you are right this career path is not for you good luck with working at a "real" company such as Burger King or somewhere that will pay you 30 k to start out with and never see a six figure income. Please look me up on the Federal License to verify that I still have all my licenses such as series 6 series 63 series 65 and also series 7 and I 25 I am still a registered FA but I still choose this company over anyone else because the opportunity is real and so it the hard work and I am willing to work for my own success.

Feedback:

I am currently employed here at Syndicate marketing group and have been since the beginning. I enjoy the atmosphere, people, and opportunity. I would have left a long time ago if they didn't work with reputable clients. The money is here, If you want to work for it. The only way I'm leaving is through regional management. Highly recommended.

Feedback:

These people are fakes! They enlist you to their organization with promises of personal recognition and fun. However, they are a pyramid scheme run by megalomaniacs who are nothing more than money addicts. Employ here at your own risk! Phoneys, fakes, and lots of bullshit here! Unless you are a useful idiot, avoid at your own risk! There are cockroaches in the bathrooms!
