I wish I had a choice about reviewing a specific sales person vs the Department itself. I went in to Target while I was in town yesterday. (I had come down on business from NC). I was hoping to find a decent selection of Verizon phones that is difficult in my rural area and shop at Target also. I met with an associate named Kayla, who was flabbergasted to find that there were 5 verizon phones, all but one that had been opened and just put back in the box. The one that was sealed and intact was one of the ones I had researched so I decided to choose it. Something about her made me choose to stick around and not walk away. She then struggled with the computer to input my information, with the signature pad, and with the printer...none of these issues were her fault. However, she was patient, engaged with me, did not even sweat or make flimsy excuses for what was happening. Her professionalism and persistence made me stay and not simply walk away from the deal. In short, your electronic department sucks-particularly when it comes to Verizon products, but Kayla was outstanding! Please do what you can to keep this woman!

Convenient location. Seems frequently understaffed, lines can get very long. I frequent this location since I live close and the inventory in as a whole seems to be replenished slowly. I find myself going to Kroger more for produce instead. Or Targets in Buckhead, since their inventory seems to be managed better. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to this location and something I need is out of stock and not replenished for weeks.

The store was very clean but it was very creepy. It was so quiet you could hear yourself think. There was no music playing. No nothing. The employees pretty much ignored us and when we did ask for help they gave us wrong directions and acted like we were the ones in the wrong.

Don’t use the drive up feature at this target. Waited for 30 minutes. Then went inside and they had no idea where the order was. Useless feature.

Loved my in-store pickup experience. Easily placed order using the app and it was ready shortly after! Just had to pop into customer service to retrieve it. Thanks Target!
