Very bad place after getting absconding company don't provide salary for a full month were i should get the salary of 21-20 st salary cycled i stopped going from 24 i dint got my salary 10,000 were everyone has there personal problems were they feel they should leave the work place. And the most important thing is I got 21 -24 salary and EP calling me and telling me u won't get salary if ur absconded then for what they provided 4 days salary. People are treated like a dogs we should give talk time of 5 hours continuous nor collection and if we see logout timing team leaders don't provide us log out time till 7:30 pm i worked in axis agri specially my team leader Snehal charan she cheates people in the way like if we work on Sunday we can take holiday any other day but she asks the people who is more supported for her and rest people will be given on last day were nobody requires holiday.Health : We know radiation if we continues speaking in a call how much we will affect but here no safety for that ear pains a lot while speaking. People are getting I'll no one bothered for that they are not getting any medical leave .Never seen this type of worst company.I have got a mail from Qconnect speak with hr for ur final settlement but no one is bothered regarding that . Please guys i suggest u please don't join there if u want jobs search u will surely get i came to know now . 9:30-6:30 timing will be mentioned or they will tell us to select but please don't depend on it prepare 2 hours extra by urself as if we work extra time it will come under team leaders salary. If u want to leave early also they don't allow us till we will provide there target .
