Feedback:
Not great experience. Long lines, and wait times for elevators if you do not have express tickets. You can get express tickets online but they are not cheap. The view at 84th floor is great but it is crowded. If you go up to the 102d floor, they limit the amount of people on the observatory so you get to enjoy the view with about 4-5 other people. It is a much better experience but not an open view.
