This is one of the most famous observation deck in the world. If you have "the New York Pass", "the New York City Pass" and so on, you can enter the observation deck smoothly.The observation deck is open from morning to midnight, but I recommend you to visit at morning.There are not so many customers at morning, so you can easy to walk around the observation deck and easy to take photos every side(from north side to south side).At sunset time and evening, the Top of the Rock is better because the Empire State Building is illuminated at night, so it is beautiful and brilliant when you see from other location.
