The staff that works at this branch is a poor example of customer service. They do not deserve the job they have. It shows every time I go but since I live in Taylorsville this is the only option I have in this town. Some people are just not cut out to serve the public. If you want an example of what I am talking about then visit this place. Horrible customer service on display. Rude is an understatement... Zero stars

Rude every time I go in this place. Worst customer service. Lady seemed out to get me as soon as I walked in and only smiled when she refused my title. I thought perhaps they might be in the business of assisting customers with their vehicle needs but it seems more like they're just looking for a reason to send you away. Poor service.
