We bought our Dollar Point home in 2015 with Jamison Blair representing us, and it was a great experience. He and his team were a pleasure to work with and we were delighted with our new home. They went above and beyond in all aspects of helping us establish second home-ownership. When we decided to sell the house this summer (2019), we chose to work again with our neighbor and friend, Jamie. The compass team created such buzz and excitement about our house that it sold in 3 DAYS with a record-breaking price per square foot. The escrow process was smooth, and he handled all issues that arose with professionalism and care. We were absolutely thrilled with our experience and grateful to have such a warm and knowledgeable true local working with us.So I would wholeheartedly recommend Jamie to represent you as a buyer or seller! Team Blair was great to work with! They made the buying process the easiest we have experienced. Office staff was great and professional. I would highly recommend Team Blair whether you are buying or selling! Jamie helped us get our dream vacation home on the west shore of Lake Tahoe in Tahoma. He and his team were amazing to work with from beginning to end! They were very detailed, on time, organized, and really looked out for our best interest! Ho Hum.....Here comes another 5 Star review of Team Blair/Compass. Short version of my story: I’m not sure you can find a better Realtor anywhere, let alone at Lake Tahoe. On July 30, 2018, my wife & I flew into town hoping to enlist a Realtor that could sell my father’s house as he moved from Kings Beach to Reno. When we arrived, we had our choice down to two friends of a friend & figured one of them would end up our listing agent. When we got to Tahoe, I had no idea who Team Blair was & had no desire to add another Realtor to the interview process. Thank goodness my wife had the sense to pass my phone number across the desk of the vacation rental agency we were using when they mentioned that they were affiliated with Team Blair Tahoe. She called the agency looking for some help finding a housekeeper to clean Dad’s house and, before you knew it, I’ve got Jamie on the phone asking if he could come by & see the property.We knew we were being ambitious. In the 6 days before we flew home, we needed to: Interview Realtors, have a signed listing agreement, get my 86 year old father out of his home & into his new address, find a moving company to pack and move his goods, and hire a junker to clean out 25 years of mess. We also needed to begin the repair process before we left town: Start getting the house re-carpeted, replace flooring, paint the deck, spruce up the yard, complete a punch list of repairs inside & out, deep clean the home, seal the driveway and finally: Find a buyer before winter set in.Jamie & Drew showed up as agreed on Aug 2 and had a plan in hand on how to get the home marketed and sold. They listened to our needs and realized we were in a unique situation: We needed a partner that would help us manage the work needed to get the house sale-able while we were back home in San Diego. Where other Realtors flinched, Jamie asked for another meeting the next day. Little did I know he was bringing along his “Closer”.......Liza-With a “Z”.When Jamie, Drew, & Liza showed up the next morning, their marketing plan from the day before was refined, fleshed out & precise. Liza was exactly what we needed to get us headed in the right direction. Not only did she know how to manage the work process, she knew where to point us to find people to complete the work. We signed the contract before flying back home on the 4th. Liza is incredible. She was spot on when it came to prioritizing work given our limited budget. When the carpet company I picked decided that they couldn’t get the job completed until November, Liza had another guy in her address book that would turn it around in a couple of days. She was our eyes and ears while we were back home, & was quick to communicate daily details as we moved thru the repair process. Fast forward 13 days to August 17th: Workers are finishing up on a long list of repairs. The house is looking ready for prime time thanks to Liza’s watchful eye. I’m looking forward to seeing how Jamie & Drew’s progressive marketing plan goes once we hit the MLS. We’re going to get the house on the market in a couple of weeks & I’m stoked!Unfortunately, I never got to find out how Jamie & Drew were going to put their plan into play. Before planting the For Sale sign in the lawn, they had a full price offer in hand. We accept the offer, go thru the sales process, and (with lots of help & communication from Lisa-With an “S”), the home closed on September 5th. When we started talking to friends in the business about getting some names of Tahoe Realtors to talk to, the messages were consistent: “Don’t expect to find anyone who will go beyond the basics.” “No one wants to work up there.” “Every Realtor I know up there is a flake.” Our dealings with Jamie, Drew, Liza, & Lisa couldn’t be further away from these stereotypes. I’m amazed at the professionalism and sense of urgency shown by everyone at Team Blair Tahoe. The Team is smart, pleasant, convincing, and resourceful.If you’re considering a transaction, do yourself a favor & put Team Blair on the top of your interview list.

Jamie exceeded our expectations every step of the way on our journey to purchase a home. We've been looking for a vacation home for over a year in Dollar Point. Jamie was so patient with us while we looked at many options. When we finally found the one, Jamie ensured we were in a position to get it. We were so lucky to work with Jamie who always had early access to homes that were coming on the market.

The whole Team Blair (Jamie, Drew, + Lisa were our primary contacts) was so great to work with. From my very first phone call where I asked Drew a billion questions to the care they took to help recommend contractors / electricians / handyfolks for fixes and improvements on our new Kings Beach cabin, my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor team. Lisa is about the most on-top-of-it super-organized person I've ever worked with, and Jamie + Drew really made it feel like we were their most important client, even though I know they have so many deals going at once. They were great listeners, responsive, helped us get to a great purchase price, and easy-going. As an interior designer in San Francisco, I've worked with and interacted with plenty of real estate agents, for my own home and clients' homes, and for anyone looking to buy property in North Lake Tahoe, Team Blair is the absolute best. Hope to never sell our dream cabin, but if we ever do, we'll be calling.

We recently purchased a house with the Team Blair Tahoe team, and it was a seamless experience. We first worked directly with Greg to learn more about the Tahoe market. He’s a long time resident who is incredibly knowledgeable about the Lake Tahoe area. Greg was extremely patient with us as we explored options all around the Tahoe area. Once it came time to place an offer, Greg, Jaime, Lisa, and the whole team were there, in constant communication with us. We live 4 hours away, and they were able to handle everything perfectly.We were able to secure our perfect Tahoe Donner home, and couldn’t imagine working with a different team. We highly recommend working with Team Blair Tahoe if you need to buy or sell anything in the area.

We highly recommend Team Blair Tahoe! Jamison, Drew, and Lisa made an incredible team, helping us to navigate what could have been a difficult and stressful process of buying a home. We really appreciated their knowledge, experience, enthusiasm, and professionalism. We recently bought a vacation home in the Tahoe Donner/Truckee area. Drew took us to see several homes during our search. He took his time and never rushed us. You can tell that he enjoyed his job, expressing enthusiasm for how the homes have been constructed or remodeled. He had done his homework on each house, explaining the pros and cons that went well beyond what just a typical walk-through would have been able to do. His knowledge of the Truckee and Tahoe Donner area was amazing. Once we put an offer on the house, Drew and Jamison were always quick to respond to our questions and would always check in with us to make sure that we were comfortable with the next step in the escrow process. They were extremely patient with our inquiries, and we always felt like they had our best interests in mind and were willing to fight for us when necessary. Then there was Lisa, our escrow coordinator, who was always on it. She was thorough and didn't miss a thing with every document that went across her desk. It was just a great experience to deal with such professionals.

The work they did preparing our place was massive, and they did it efficiently and intelligently. I interacted with most of the people on the "team" and was impressed with every one of them.
