TeleContact really is a special place to not only work as an employee, but to work WITH as a client. Over the 25 years we've been in business, Julie and her marketing and management staff have found so many ways to go above and beyond their client's needs, that I would never even consider spending my own marketing dollars anywhere else. TeleContact is a lot more focused on RETAINING their clients, than bringing on new clients, as our current clients will always take precedent over all else. This company also promotes from within. Due to family health problems, as well as receiving an opportunity to work from home, I had to put in my two weeks notice this week, and it was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. June, Julie's GM, and Kelvin, our Sales Manager, are so understanding and receptive, and they really do DEFINE "open door policy". The environment here is so positive. If you're looking for a great opportunity. If you need a boost in confidence, or you're trying to hone-in on your communication skills, this place really builds-up their employees, and prepares them for future endeavors. I would not be where I am today without TeleContact, and the opportunities they've provided for me. I will always have a special place in my heart for this company, and I would return in an INSTANT if circumstances were to dictate.

Dear Ashley and company at Telecontact Resource Services.We want to thank you for your professional and Profitable service you have provided our company. As a newer company it was a struggle to wisely spend our marketing budget. We tried quite a few avenues that had little to no ROI. We decided to give Telecontact a try, we got immediate great responses. Our ROI is extremely high and our sales guys have never had more appointments. Choosing to invest our marketing budget with Telecontact the last few years has been one of the best decisions our business ever made. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is trying to dramatically grow their business and get in front of more customers. Most of us are very annoyed with telemarketers, But our customers were very impressed with their professionalism and politeness. We will continue to use Telecontact's services in the future!

By far the best company I have worked for. They are very understanding and accommodating. Some people will give my job a bad review due to thinking They are aboge everyone and must "humble" themselves to work here. Us trainers were given our titles for a reason and unfortunately we come across some not so pleasant employees who feel they are better than everyone and feel they deserve the world when they put in the bare minimum. This job iant the easiest but it is the most rewarding once you put forth the effort and try. The management are amazing people and So are the sales agents.

I have been working at Telecontact for the last 5 years, and I can actually say that it's been my longest job I've ever had. There are reasons for that as well. The people that work here, just make your days go by faster. I mean, you do spend more time with your coworkers more than your family. Also, they are a very understanding company that do like to work with their employees. The management team are the greatest. Yes, they have a lot of work to do but they still stop what they're doing to make sure the agents needs and questions are met. Julie is an amazing Owner, and June the Vice President is the sweetest lady as well. Our floor managers are always making sure the floor does stay motivated and happy too. Long story short, this is not as bad as a job as anyone would think. There are days where you feel like quitting, but I did not think I would be here five years later...oh and mind you, I did quit and come back a couple weeks later that's how much I missed this place! lol. I suggest anyone trying this job, I had no experience and now I'm still here five years later.

I have been with TRS for almost fifteen years. I love this company, the people here, and what I do. We get paid vacation, a 401k, bonuses, commission, respect, and many other incentives. I recommend this company to everyone I meet. I will retire from here. TRS treats their employees and clients very well. Come see for yourself!

I’ve been employed here going on 3 years now. If you put forth the work and are good on the phones, you will succeed here. The staff is more than understanding when it comes to family home life. People that give bad reviews, that have worked at TRS for maybe a month have NOT put forth any effort nor know what they are talking about when it comes to this business. If you are struggling they give you chance after chance and extra training with an amazing manager Olympia to get you back on track. The floor managers Henry and Steven work very hard to keep a large group of employees happy along with all the work they have to get done on a daily basis. The trainers earned their “title” for a reason. They are all amazing people who work very hard, and sometimes extra hard for those occasional entitled employees that don’t last long cuz they don’t want to actually work, but instead want things handed to them. I have never worked for such an amazing company and have no plans on leaving. With my 401k growing and the chance to earn extra money each week with commission because I put forth the effort and work hard, is something I would not give up on!

For all business owners looking to use this service, I would advise against it. I signed up for a 3 month period & including all fees, paid about $6500 for their service. They claimed they can get me 1-3 meetings per week, but actually, they only booked 5 total in three months (2 of which was a no show). Again, that's 5 in 13 weeks. My issue with them, which they didn't disclose & only found out after I signed up was that there's no consistency on who makes the calls. I estimate around 8 different reps made calls on my behalf which is ridiculous. How is each suppose to learn and get comfortable with the script (which they developed)? In addition, the people that made the calls, you can tell by the notes & simply the lack of meetings, that they're not experienced cold callers or appointment setters. What's more frustrating, Jake Hutchings, who's the Director of Marketing & Sales, never acknowledged or took responsibility for the poor quality of the calls. I don't hear him during the whole 3 month period until the very end when I get an email asking me if it's OK to continue the service. Is he kidding me? Part of this was my fault as I should have had more oversight, but I'm busy as is which is the reason I signed up for a service this like. After the 3 months ended, I simply posted an ad on Craigslist & have been hiring experienced cold callers/telemarketers/appointment setters who are willing to work as consultants & only get paid when an appointment is scheduled & they get confirmation from me that it was a valid contact. So find people that do these types of calls for a living, that is dedicated to making these calls for you & can save you a boatload of money. Horrible experience! I would say the worst professional service I've ever encountered in my life.
