I have mixed reviews about company the hours are good Mon thru Fri 8-5. Ur off weekends,u get a hour lunch and 30 minute payed break. U can use break how ever u like.The sucky thing about the payed break is you have to clock in on break to go to bathroom,get soda, snack, etc. Beware it's easy to go over on break and that goes against your attendance. The attendance is very strict they say excuses will help ur attendance thats a lie. I was late a couple times, missed half day a couple times for appointments, only missed one day I repeat one day and my attendance was 73 percent with excuses. There are "some" descent people alot of them are snobs think their better then u. Far as supervisors I think they could do improvements with that. Training is for 3 days it is a joke very confusing, really don't help u out on the sales floor. Far as the job it's very boring,very repetitive, it's a production base job if ur not producing leads u can lose ur job. Which ia unfair when their putting u on campaigns that are not doing anything. So I wouldn't recommend working here.
