Overall Feedback:
Non-responsive, unprofessional customer service. I sent an email inquiry to this company weeks ago and yet didn’t get a reply, and so my experience with this company is that they are non-responsive and not professional. It would be a lot more courteous and professional if I got a reply letting me know yes or no, we offer this service or not, rather than no reply. Also, if I didn’t get a reply because this company doesn’t offer the services I was inquiring about, you never know how being courteous and professional in replying to inquiries can lead to other projects or referrals.Due to the above, I am not impressed with this company’s customer service and they seem to be too self-important to respond to all of the legitimate inquiries.
