We had a HUGE pine tree fall on our house during the first winter snowstorm in November 2016. I called Terry right away and he quickly came to our house through 18 inches of snow. He guided us through the claims process and we talked about how to get the tree off of our house in the middle of a blizzard. He helped connect me with contractors for the work and they worked with the State Farm claims adjuster who was friendly and prompt. As first time home-owners, we're very happy with the policy that Terry set us up with and we couldn't have wished for a better experience with the claim. Honestly, for anyone out there, you don't want a tree to fall on your house... but if it does happen, you want Terry to be your first call!

Terry and his associates have been my insurance agents for 14 years now and I couldn't imagine a better outfit to work with. They are all extremely helpful and courteous. If I have any questions what so ever, they have always been more than willing to answer any and all questions that I have. When an insurance company suggests combing insurance plans in order to save you money, you know it's a winner!
