The most unprofessional team I have ever worked with in business. They argue with their clients and if we didn't like something they took it SO personal. They made a few changes to our company website (we paid them hourly) and it was outrageous just to change a few employee photos. They didn't give us a detailed invoice of what they did, and when I asked Brad if he "didn't mind" giving me a detailed invoice he responded with "I do mind but here you go" and made it seem like a very huge inconvenience to even send me a detailed invoice. My advice is, there are so many GREAT & pleasant web companies & designers to work with out there, don't settle for Test Monki. In the past few years, they have not been good partners to us. Very rude & care more about their pride than their customers.

I've been working with Test Monki for about 5 years now and their service and creativity is second to none! Brad Petak is so attentive and responsive. He's always on top of things and makes sure I'm well taken care of. They are so wonderful to work with. In a day and age where it seems customer service is dead, they are a breath of fresh air and it is such a pleasure to work with them!
