It's crazy that they say to call to set an appointment yet I have called a total of 13 times today alone and it's a busy signal.....how are you suppose to get info or set up anything if they have busy lines always?? You would think they would have more then 1 line

Needed to correct drivers license due to the sinton office messing up my husband and my license. Wait time was pretty short even though there was alot of people. Brandy was great in helping us getting are license fixed!!! Customer service was great compaired to the horrible experience we had at the Sinton office. Thank you Brandy!!

Just had the best experience I have ever had at a TDPS office. This group absolutely makes the "dreaded" trip to get your drivers license renewed the most comfortable and fun experience. Can't wait til I lose my drivers license again, or forget to renew, lol. Look forward to seeing them again....:) Y'all are the best!!!!!

Would be 5 stars if parking situation was better. Parking lot is definitely too small. I made an appointment online for 10:31 for my son's driving permit. I doubled checked DPS website to be sure I had all needed documents. Arrived at office at 10:15, checked in at kiosk and waited about 15 minutes for our number to appear on the screen. We were helped by a very sweet lady at station 43 (wish I could remember her name). We were finished before 11. Great experience!

Waited around 30 minutes, during lunch hour, only one person working. She was kind and courteous. I added a motorcycle endorsement. She even reminded me my CDL medical was coming due. Thanks for reminding me. I explained to her I wanted to keep my CDL but I was retired and was there a way to keep my CDL and not have to do a medical. She showed me how and I got everything done in a short visit.

Most unprofessional place ever. Noone helps when you walk in the door. You sit for 2hours or more .just to be told that the 4 different documents we have with the same address cant be used .. this is the 4th time going. An every time told different info.. these people are not trained . No stars at all .

Can someone please explain to me why the people in these offices are so rude? For no reason. Ive been coming here for years & I have never once had someone nice. Is this part of the training or something?

Terrible place with long waiting and rude staff. I went to this place for 3 times I got different answers to not do my work.
