This is by far the best DPS office I have ever been into! See, I am from Angleton, home of the absolute worst rated DPS office on the planet. But even if I wasn't, the people here in El Campo were friendly AND I was in and out of there in about 14 minutes! GREAT JOB guys!

WOW the best place I have ever been to no more than 15 minutes, was in and out fast .. Lady at the counter was so polite and was very funny too. Love this place..Came from Houston to get this taken care off so my son can have his ID...koodos to you all!! ??

This place is in the middle of nowhere, but it is amazing! There was no line, the employees were super nice, and it didn't even take us more than 15 mins.

1hr drive from Houston to this office was well worth it rather than the 4hr wait at the Houston locations. Wait was no more than 19min. Carmen Lara was really nice w/ great attitude

Arrived about 8:40am today Sept 4, 2018 to renew my driver's license. Approximately 17 people ahead of me. I was waited on 1 hour and 10 minutes after arrival. From what I understand it's much much quicker than the Rosenberg location! Both ladies behind the counter seem very very friendly, professional and courteous. Highly recommend, good experience.

The ladies are nice, but they pick people out of order, they’re slow. And they don’t seem to have respect for anyone’s time except their own. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have absolutely no other choice. Insanity.

why is a "costumer service" line available if the customer is not being served. what ever happened to calling to speaking to an actual person??
