This was my organization's first time using TASOM for promotional materials. Danielle Dorrie was immensely helpful with our time-sensitive request, and was able to come through for us in a pinch. The customer service this company offers is beyond excellent -- when one of our items was mis-shipped (not TASOM's fault), they immediately found a way to get a new shipment to us, even though they only had 24 hours to do so.
