These people will give you the run around & make it seem like they are there to help you out but in reality they are NOT! Turned in my application and was told they would let me know if I was approved or not within just a few days. Well, 2 weeks passed and I still hadn't heard anything from them, so I called them myself and asked what was the hold up and the lady who answered the phone said she would get Salley Smith (the lady who I turned my application in to) to call me back as soon as she stepped back into the office. She even wrote down my number & said she would make sure Salley called me right back. Well, I never heard anything from them! So I finally just assumed that I was not approved and they didn't even have the decency to tell me! What a waste of $40!! (Application Fee)
