Mandy was awesome! She responded almost immediately to a late night email when I was unable to find someone who could embroider names on 4 band member shirts for a gig in a week. She kept in contact through the process, sent proofs, and made assurances the work would be completed in time for the gig. We picked them up the day before the show and they looked perfect. I couldn't be happier. Thanks, Mandy!!

Do not use!! Ordered ONE t-shirt to be done. Kept pushing back when the shirt would be done and after TWO weeks the T-shirt was still not even started. No reason given, just told it was not ready. Poor customer service - No one ever answers the phone and they never follow up when they said they would. Had to take business elsewhere.
