Notary incomplete, not signed or stamped properly, following day returned to have them correct same, they refused, and would not refund. Had excuses for everything and would not make it right, Unprofessional ! I will not bother to go back. Local competitor did it right the first time with no back talk BS.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS UPS STORE. WORST customer service ever! I would give 0 star.The short and chubby caucasian girl really treat customer with rudeness and cold manner like a lifeless robot. Hey! Why don't you put on some smile and learn some friendly manner?You seem like you don't want to be or work there at all.

Everytime I am in California I always visit this store. The group of individuals that work here are always motivated and customer service is always a top priority. Lots of new faces but always same great service.

I am so UN tech, and all of the staff is very knowledgeable and have helped me out so many times that I couldn't ever Thank them enough. The entire staff is always right there to help and they have saved the day for me Several times. I would definitely recommend the Santee UPS Store to everyone‼
