I want to commend Amy Rausch of the Clausen Agency for her assistance in dealing with a late homeowner's policy premium that was the result of a mail forwarding issue. She was able to get the insurance company to understand the situation and get the late fee dismissed. I can't thank her enough. The Clausen Agency is fortunate to have someone as capable and committed to customer service as Amy Rausch.

I wish to complement your agency and staff (Donna Murphy and Heather Rausch) for their professionalism, and knowledge; but most of all for their compassion during the stress of our loss. Though it pales in comparison to those poor people in The Bahama, it nevertheless was stressful for me and my wife. We both work very hard full time, and are also dealing with lifelong chemotherapy treatments for my wife. Roof and house are almost as good as new thanks to your staff.
