Client Review on The Cock Hotel
Feedback:
A group of 10 from the USA stayed for 12days. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially during breakfast and dinner. The problem I see is that the hotel is understaffed. My room and the other 9 rooms were not taken care of, no fresh linen almost every day, not vacuumed bed not made. When I talked with management I was told that they were short handed and apologized for the inconvenience, which really did not make a difference in getting the rooms maintained. It looks like the manager would step in and make things more pleasant and do some of the work that was needed instead of making excuses.I will probably make other arrangements for next year adventure. You are fortunate that you have a good and friendly breakfast and dinner staff.
