Myself and a colleague recently attended a branding day with the Dairy Agency, part of a bigger programme of work to update our website and improve our social media. The branding day was in a word great. We were taken through a process that got us to think about our company, what makes us special, what we can offer, and then to concentrate those thoughts into a single proposition to use when promoting the business. The team at the dairy agency are easy to work with, clearly have a very good way of working with you as a client, and I cannot rate the experience highly enough. One very satisfied customer.

I went to see The Dairy to discuss the details of our requirements for company advertisement. At the time I was there everything looked professional and I have been assured that they will come back to me within a week with a proposal. Unfortunately they have never came back to me. Not even a phone call or email saying that they don't wish to take this task on. Completely nothing. Very disappointed...
