The folks at The Decal Source provided first class service, from the first contact to delivery. After getting my logo, they offered up other very good suggestions and other options for the decal to make it really stand out. I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me something, but rather like there was a genuine care as to what I wanted/needed. They worked with my busy schedule to find a time that worked for me for installation and stayed in touch with me along the way until a time could be set up. Now I have a beautiful decal that is turning heads everywhere I go!! Thank you Jon, Janine and the rest of the team!

I have a 2010 Camaro that I wanted to give a face lift to for Christmas this year. This consisted of removing existing racing stripes and adding new ones along with other misc vinyl work to exterior, spoiler, and interior. So having no idea where to go, I immediately turned to the internet for help. I stumbled upon a place in Charlotte that I eventually checked out. The guy I talked to seemed nice enough and talked like the job I wanted done was quite doable and seemed all in for scheduling an appointment. Long story short, I was given a verbal quote that day, but then given the run around about scheduling a time to have it done for over a month. Phone calls and emails were ignored, so I decided to look for someone else...best decision EVER!! Further research brought me to The Decal Source. They were able to give me a verbal quote by phone and I never had any issues having them return a call or get back to me with any information I requested. Once I was able to take the car to get a firm quote, I knew right away they were the real deal! The time they took measuring and taking note of every crucial detail was awesome. Within a day or two they emailed a layout and I was good to go. I wanted some interior work done inside to make the exterior stripe work appear as though it were also on the inside and they made every effort to accommodate, even explaining the possible down sides without hesitation. The end result you have to see to believe. AMAZING!! They did an outstanding job! There was no noticeable ghosting from the removal of the original stripes, no seams showing on the spoiler, and only a little tweeking to the original choice of materials for the interior. We had to wait a couple of extra days to pick up my car due to snow, but it was totally worth the wait!! It was so awesome to see the image in my head come to life! I couldn't be more thrilled! Oh, and by the way...I finally got a call back to schedule work from the original location I went to before Christmas, so I think I'll just send them some pictures of what TDS did for me and let that speak for itself...SOOO glad I didn't end up going there. I would highly recommend The Decal Source to anyone considering any type of vinyl work on their car. It has been 5 months now and I am still in awww at the results! If you can imagine it, then Jon and his crew at TDS can make it a reality! I would definitely do business here again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

I’ve been working with TDS for 10 years and the staff and company has been nothing but stellar to work with over the years. They’ve worked on array of projects for us from vehicle graphics to wall/building decals, and no matter the project and the short amount of time we provide, they always manage to effectively get it done and ASAP.
