It only took 17 years of shouting "look both ways before you cross" before my oldest son finally started pretending to pay the slightest attention to the traffic coming at him. Fortunately, the drivers were always able to see him before anything bad happened so anytime I can raise the "visibility odds" in his favor, as well as for his younger sister, I'm going to do it every time. Funflectors are an easy way to increase the visibility of my kids in a way that actually works since they actually use the product without a 2nd thought because the safety has been slipped in wearing a mask of fun.
