They convict you by media before trial, I called and asked them to recant their story as I was not guilty and they refused, they refused an interview about me suing the city for bill of rights violations in Federal court

Terrible Customer Service. Cannot contact anyone if you have a problem. Have not received paper in 4 days and have complained to a voice message with no response at all. No place to leave message on line. It seems to me they want you to cancel your paper delivery. Has gone up to 144.00 for 13 weeks. That is over 10.00 per week. Paper is so small now not worth it at all. Enjoy reading local news is only reason I have not cancelled already. Evidently they do not care that I have been a good customer for at least 40 years .

Mickey Mouse bogusness x 1000. what a ridiculous "company." They gave me a GMAIL address to contact, ive spent hours+ trying to get them to stop delivering and littering. Poor customer service results. Sad that the stereotypes of backwards, incompetent Southerners are perpetuated by this group. See pics of them littering my yard etc after repeated instructions to stop littering my home.

Never answers the phone on anything other than being paid or a subscription problem. Never prints anything negative about the city's problems, even though there are SO many.

I like The Herald for local news & information, but your rates are about ten times what I pay for the Charlotte Observer. NO THUMBS UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
