Feedback:

This is the complex that my cardiologist has an office in. Easy to get to with easy parking. Convenient location.

Feedback:

Priscilla and the rest of the staff are top notch. Always available and my prices are always good. Never had a problem there and I'm always happy with the way they handle business

Feedback:

I would not recommend Pinkey Hartline or Nationwide to anyone because of their exorbitantly priced policies, poor coverage practices, and Pinkey’s ineptitude. After carrying our auto, home, life, and RV insurance with Pinkey Hartline as our agent for over three years, we just switched our auto and RV policies to a different provider and I deeply regret not doing it sooner. With Pinkey, we are paying roughly $360 a month for two vehicles and a camper; I was astounded when I received a quote from from a different local, reputable provider for $206 a month. That’s approximately $150 less for the same, if not better, coverage! We have excellent driving records and only two small claims (windshield repair and bumper nick) in the last eight years. My experience has also been that Pinkey is not competent in his role as an insurance agent. In March we purchased a truck and Pinkey quoted us $294 per month for auto coverage. When we received our first bill, it was for $326 so I contacted him about the difference. He responded by re-writing our policy to get the price to $268 a month. We were about to move forward when his agency (not him) realized that his quote did NOT include full coverage on our new vehicle. A competent agent does not write a policy on a financed vehicle that does not include full coverage.I always thought that it was worth it to pay a little more to have an agent that looks after your best interest. Well, with Pinkey that has not been our experience. Nearly eight months ago, we filed a homeowner’s claim for a plumbing leak that has resulted in significant foundation damage. We are still in the process of resolving it, so without going into particulars, I’ll just say that Pinkey has given us poor advice and direction. Despite his office being only 0.3 miles from our house, neither he nor an adjuster has been to our property to see the extent of our damage. The last time I spoke with him on the phone about this claim he told me that I need to consider that we were sold a poorly constructed home (by local realtor Ryan Birdsong). I would not recommend Pinkey Hartline or Nationwide to anyone because of their exorbitantly priced policies and Pinkey’s ineptitude.

They take good care of you!

Feedback:

Used them for four years and four years too long for home owners and wind and hail coverage. They were recommended by our local realtor for being able to close on time and at the time were comparable with pricing. Prices kept going up every year and never received any notification about price changes or details on the policy. Finally decided to put in the leg work and shop around. Found better coverage for about $1k/year cheaper and got ripped off when cancelling a policy that I never authorized to renew and was not going to start until 33 days. They sent the high priced policy to my mortgage company to pay through escrow account, and even though I did not want to renew the policy or get any notification from them, they still charged me over $300 to cancel something that did not take effect. A total scam and shady business. Did not realize how bad their service was until switching insurance providers.

Feedback:

If you're looking for a new Insurance provider I would recommend these guys. They were very helpful, and even found some discounts that we were un-aware of. Highly recommended!

Feedback:

I carry several policies with Pinkey over at Nationwide and his team does a heck of job. Always available to take my calls and quick to assist with anything that comes up. Thanks y'all, I appreciate all the hard work.

Feedback:

I was with this agency for 2 years. Decent service on my household policy. I got no help when my car was damaged in a hit and run. To top this off, when I cancelled insurance at end of policy period, they sent my account to collection agency!! When I called they said, "let it not renew" and I did not owe them money. They don't seem to care that a collections agency was calling me 3 times a day because they couldn't be bother to close account properly.JRM
