My family also had the privilege of meeting Drew Hollinger on the lake and learned first hand of his hatred towards Canadians. His foul language and threats will not soon be forgotten by my family. I could not recommend this company.

I have only met up with Dane and Drew. Dane was very professional when he showed me a nice property on echo lake a few years back. However, now a property owner on echo lake, I had a run in with Drew Hollinger on the water. He was rude, entitled, vulgar and very disrespectful; and his negative hostile views towards Canadians was very evident. I am quite astonished that he could feel and act this way, considering the large amount of Canadian property owners (potential clients) on this lake. We will not be using the Hollinger team.

We worked with Scott Hollinger and his team recently in the purchase of a home in the Flathead Valley. Coming from Seattle, we needed an agent who could represent us on the ground, who knew the market, and could assist us not only in finding the dream home but could help us execute all the steps including making offers, countering offers, arranging inspections, and managing the details of closing. When making an offer, Scott utilizes DocuSign, which makes signing and responding to offers not only legally sound, but very quick. Once we came to terms with the seller, Scott’s team laid out the schedule and guided us through all the details to get us to closing not only on time, but a week early. Scott and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and dependable. We have no reservations recommending Scott and his team to anyone interested in purchasing land or homes in the Flathead Valley. Top notch!

Buying property through the Hollinger Team was a pleasure from beginning to end. As a Canadian I was unsure of some of the requirements of buying real estate in the U.S. These professionals were patient and helpful throughout the entire process. There are none better and I will be using them again when I make my next purchase.
