I run marketing for a new franchised restaurant concept called MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Company. Our local franchisee in Katy TX and my Field Marketing Manager hired Leila, the owner of Inner Loop Agency to do PR for our grand opening. Leila was paid an agreed upon large sum of money in advance and to date has not delivered any results. Even though Leila produced no results for the grand opening, Leila, our local franchisee and I agreed to extend her contract for several additional months after the opening in an attempt to get some results for money spent. For the last 4 weeks since extending her contract, we have reached out to her on numerous occasions and not gotten any response; not a voicemail, email or even a text. I DO NOT recommend hiring Leila or the Inner Loop Agency. She is completely unprofessional, unresponsive and did not deliver any results. If I was able to rate her as a "0 Star" on Google, I would have done so.
