I just received the shipment. Have to say, I'm very disappointed. I ordered 3 (THREE) replacements. You sat on the order, did nothing and when I followed up with you, you refunded after weeks. I didn't ask for a refund...I needed the merchandise. Then, you ship out only 1 (ONE)???? You pretended there were 3 replacement posts in the shipment.I've asked for a phone number to customer service and even that went on deaf ears. (Number is disconnected).I'm horrified by your subpar behavior and service.I need to speak with a manager!
