It was very Good 1st time eating there so i didnt eat everything tgey offer. Hubby and I did a salad and had the drink specials and an Entree we shared it was pretty Good.. And the drinks was so Good well do another date nite there again in the future..

Every time we come here there is a huge delay on the servers part and we end up feeling rushed because they forget to turn on the stove or mess up the cheese. It’s also one of the dirtier melting pots I’ve been to, they are normally more fancy for a chain restaurant. Servers are nice but seems like nobody knows how to do their job here

Server put our pot on 10 when it was supposed to be on 20 and ate undercooked/raw chicken and seafood after following her directions of cooking the food for a minimum of 2 minutes. My boyfriend even timed it because I'm pregnant and wanted to make sure our food was cooked. Server never apologized or admitted to her mistake. One manager was very apologetic and but the other just seemed bothered by the fact that we were upset. I love the melting pot but I will never return to this location again. I'd rather drive the hour to Delaware.

Fantastic food and ambience. Service eas quick and happy to see us. While it's rather expensive, it is entirely worth every cent.
