Feedback:

The library is a great resource that the people of the area share. It has recently gotten a few upgrades, which I’m very pleased about. For instance, the study rooms are good resource for one-on-one tutoring. This is a great place to go for reading, studying, and research. They have a great book selection, a helpful database, computers for public use, and free wifi. The librarians are very nice and friendly. They also have a cork board for community events which is very informative. In addition, the library itself hosts a few events. A friend of mine once brought me to a drawing group which was very enjoyable. Most people in the library respect the quiet space and unwritten rules, which is very nice. Resources like this are important for social mobility. Remember to pay your fines!

Feedback:

This place has been like one of my second homes.

Feedback:

Old building which oozes character and history. Good book selection, and simply a cool library to visit.

Feedback:

Good place for studying

Feedback:

This library is okay. They have good stuff and stuff is friendly. This is a nice library although bathrooms are small and have only one stall, per bathroom.

Feedback:

I love this place. It's practically been a second home to me while I've done extensive research for a few Master's essays I've written. The staff in the local history section is beyond helpful, very friendly, and accommodating. I wouldn't have been able to write my papers without their patient assistance. The building in general is beautiful and in constant upgrade and repair. They're really trying to make this a state of the art facility. And I've read the comments about the homeless and it would be illegal for the library to do anything like throw them out, this is a public place and it's their right to be here. It comes with the territory of being in a somewhat urban center for Morris County. They've never bothered me and I don't intend on bothering them. The one complaint I have is about parking. There are never enough spots in the lot because they're all taken up by local businesses that threaten to tow your vehicle if you park in their spots. Of course, after a certain hour you see library patrons using these spots but I think it would be better if they arranged it so that those spots belonged to the library permanently.

Feedback:

Good place for people of different social status, felt safe, free computers and internet, good place to do a research project alone or to read a book

Feedback:

This library is beautiful, expansive and filled with so many different resource. It's location is in the heart of Morristown, with many different options to go to for drinks, coffee or food after a good study session. However, there needs to a security guard to kick out really loud, disrespectful people. A previous person noted the homeless people, and yes they do smell but I do not feel necessary that the actions of one should punish the others. The homeless do not bother me or others. I'm talking about people who disrespect others and the library itself. My last experience was horrendous: a mother, her sister in law and a young baby girl were on the second floor where the study rooms are located, creating so much noise that went on for I don't how many minutes. Luckily I had my headphones, but for others it was uncomfortable. Then, after awhile I look up and the mother is changing the baby's diaper on the floor.. Not only is that trashy, but it's disrespectful to the beautiful upgrade of the library, and no one from the staff came to kick them out. Eventually someone came and told them the children's section is on the other side, but they barely moved. Case in point, the library needs security. Every other one in the area has someone, I'm in disbelief this one doesn't have one. After that experience, I haven't been back and I don't recommend anyone going here.

Feedback:

The library smells AWFUL. Many homeless people stayed for the free internet. Some of them are stinky. Some made a lot of noises. One person literally sang and danced around in the second floor for hours. Not recommend for young woman to stay. Got freaked out by couple people.

Feedback:

Amazing collection of books for kids and great activities designed for young minds.
