If you do make reservations with the Nantucket, be sure to pay for their extortive insurance policy. Our family suffered a tragic, sudden loss a month before we were to stay here. My wife reached out to them weeks ahead of the stay and they told us that, because we didn't pay their insurance, our stay was entirely non-refundable. Instead, they gave us a "credit" that could only be used during their slow season. Enjoy your $1,600, Nantucket. This will be the last time we "buy local" knowing that larger businesses are more understanding.
