What can I say....it’s a Cross Fit gym. Wife and I moved to the area and were looking for a gym. We are body builder types. So when we saw this gym had no mirrors, and weights in disrepair...we knew it wasn’t for us. But if you’re looking to do cardio and endurance...then this is the place for you.
