Overall Feedback:

The Parcel Center is a small family owned business. Gary, the owner, is very kind and helpful. He will gladly spend time with customers either in person or on the phone. I drive past at least three UPS stores to get to the Parcel Center because of how great the people there are. While many UPS stores rush to get people out of the door, the Parcel Center is much more welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend their services.
