If I could rate 0 starts, I’d do it. Worst experience ever!! My sister and I just went to request information for rent and the guy in the office, Luis, has the worst attitude I’ve ever seem. He was rude and mean, didn’t want to answer our questions. Worst costumer service ever.

I moved out after 3 years and was sent a bill over $400. On my final walk thru everything was clean. Watch out! The maintenance person who assesses the charges didnt attend the preschduled walk thru even though I saw him later. Coward. I guess it's easier to send certified mail at my cost. Also they will not let you move out before the 1st of the month. This way they get to fully assess the 4.95 service charge and full $10.00 trash fee. Beware of Parkway they have shady move out Mom s
