The Redwood Project is a great company. Dan is very professional and reliable. This is a great way to boost your business reputation and overall brand. I would recommend them to any business that is looking for more ways to gain exposure and awareness.

Absolutely the worst decision that was ever made for my business. They will charge you close to $2000 up front with the promise that they will setup all their products. But they never setup what they tell you that they are going to do. You will have about two months of phone calls and emails with them trying to get your service setup. After two months of no results we asked to have all our services cancelled and get a refund. Not only did we not get a refund but they are still charging us monthly when no services were ever rendered. I would avoid them like the plague if you are a small. business owner. Went to report them to the Better Business Bureau and his business is not even registered. Should tell you all that you need to know about these guys.Update: Now they are threatening me with legal fees if we try to get our lawyer involved. They also claim that they have "No responsibility" in making sure their products are actually setup and running. They say that we are 100% responsible for hiring an IT professional to setup their products since they do not have the knowledge to do it themselves. So now we are out over $4000 and they are threatening us with legal fees. The guy that sells you this package will not answer calls and texts. And amazingly enough they get two positive reviews from people who have never submitted a review only hours after i posted this. Obviously this business is a complete train wreck since they have to make fake accounts to create positive reviews.Another Update: Now they are threatening legal action against me if I don't remove this review. They are also sending my owner emails in an attempt to get me fired now. These guys keep getting better by the minute.
