I called a couple places for consultations on braces, and even went into a few locations and I was unhappy each time I left a location... Until I came across The Smile Agency. I can say that I honestly lucked out by reaching out to them! I came to them because of their amazing reviews and they seriously live up to their reviews and more! Dana sold me with her incredible kindness, silly personality, and her genuine caring nature. Mark has been my go to guy throughout my treatment, and as I think everyone here is absolutely lovely to talk to and has been nothing but helpful and kind, Mark has been incredible with answering all of my paranoid questions, listening to my concerns and explaining to me everything that's happening every single visit. Dr. Guinn is the glue to the crazy funny, friendly, and knowledgeable staff they have here. You can tell she not only knows what she's doing and talking about, she genuinely cares not only for her patients, but about her staff and to me that's HUGE. The vibes around the office are fun and friendly, I can honestly say I've never laughed and smiled and as often as I do here than any other dental office. Who says that?! ?? On top of all that, the results I have so far with my teeth have been seriously life changing. Time is going by SO fast, and I am excited to see the final results!

My daughter is in the middle of her treatment and the progress is incredible!! The staff is extremely friendly and amazing. I've recommended this place to many friends and they are just as happy!

Dear Smile Agency, Thank you very much for fixing my teeth for these past 2 years. My orthodontist for this visit was Mark and he was very considerate to answer all of my questions, take time off from wearing my braces and move onto the next step for teeth straightening, and give me new bands for my teeth. Sadly, our time together is almost over and I am going to miss all of your bright and positive attitudes. Once again, thank you so much for everything you've done for me over these past 2 years. The Smile Agency changed my life. I had really bad gaps, I was embarrassed to smile. I found this place through yahoo, and I saw the other reviews for this office, but decided to give them a chance after I noticed that I guess they have another office in Pasadena, and they have 4.5 stars there. So I thought they may be doing something right..Immediately when I called I was surprised at how fast they gave me an appointment. I came in the very next day and had my consultation. The parking lot was big and exclusive for patients. The office itself was very clean as well, busy and upbeat that's for sure. I was seen by Dana, and then I met the Dr. They did a good job at explain my treatment, and I decided to get braces.I was even feeling fancy and got 'clear' braces! I didn't have any problems getting an appointment, and it is near my work. I am still in braces, but I can't wait till they come off!I love The Smile Agency, they are simply the best. And now I smile all the time!
