I'm a big fan of the team at The So Cal Group! They are professional, respectful, and great representatives of their clients. The team is hard-working and always delivers on what they say they will. Big brands trust them because they know that their brand will be represented well and with integrity. The Leadership Development Program is unlike anything I have seen at other companies. They treat their clients and their team members so well.

Terribly unprofessional. Was very disappointed in their hiring tactics for someone with a rather versed college backround. Phone interviews are fine but sending multiple texts w/ hyperlinks leading to nowhere and complete nonsense (numbers, letters & symbols w/ zero meaning) repeatedly was not only annoying but it showed how little the individual in charge of hiring (Sidney Houghton) is actually paying attention. p.s. she said her name was Brittney on the phone and I recorded the entire call in case they try and dispute it.

I'm a small business owner in Hawthorne, CA who deals with sale representatives who try to sell me something at least once a week. Justine Goldsmith, supposed Assistant Manager for the So Cal Group, was pushy, unprofessional, and disrespectful. After repeatedly declining her promotion, Justine tried getting defensive and attacked my character and personal choice not to buy from her. For someone in sales, she clearly does not handle rejection well. I'm not surprised she's still doing cold calls by herself, and not running an office with her own sales team. If Justine Goldsmith represents the type of people The So Cal Group hires, I have no desire to ever work with them.
