I can honestly say I have left a review maybe once or twice before but ASHLEE LAMBERT deserves your time and business! A little backstory, I was in an accident that was not my fault. I was unfortunately the product of a 3 car pile up. Progressive raised my rates to over $400 since my vehicle was totaled and they had to pay out. I started calling around after I bought my new Mustang to shop rates and see what damage control could be done, I was consistently getting $350-$550 insurance rates. I gave AAA a call and was connected with Ashlee and in 5 minutes she earned my business and a mention to anyone that is looking for great insurance prices while also having a connect to talk to! She wasn't pushy or in "agent selling" mode from the time I called in, to the time I left. She gave me options but kept the price a secret. We spent ~40 minutes on the phone total laughing and relating, then she told me "I've been done, your rate is $151!!!!!" That moment I gave her my card and my insurance shopping was finished after that. The Steelman agency genuinely has a shining star they should 100% take care of!!!!
