Jenn took the time to not only renew my car insurance, but added renter's insurance as well. She found it for the same price I was paying before for car only! I will definitely recommend her to anybody that is looking to improve their insurance situation. Thanks again!

Recommended!! The first thing I like about Taft Insurance is Staffs are nice and willing to help you out. They will get back to you soon as possible. They have a better price for auto and home. They also have better discount for good student and multi-auto. Lastly, I’m happy to be their customer.

When my prior agent retired, he sold his business to Taft, so I say I inherited them. Shortly thereafter, my wife was side swiped by a truck in a hit and run incident.and Taft gave us superb service in handing our claim. Then upon our renewal date, the insurance company raised our rates significantly, so I asked our agent if he could improve our situation and he found another highly rated company that saved up several hundred dollars. What more could you hope for? Well I guess if he paid my premiums that would be even better, but we still working on that!
