LOVE the Team Culture! We are one big family and I have not felt so supported and appreciated for my hard work with any other employer previously. I know the hiring managers are pretty selective about who they bring on, as again, because everyone is so close, we want to make sure all new team members will be a good fit.

I applied for a career opportunity for this organization. Because I saw it as a career not just another job. Went through the first interview which was great, came back for a second interview which was a little awkward. After the interview everything seemed good they advised me going to receive a call between 4-6pm to let me know if I got the position. Of course no call. So I reached out the the organization, sent email, text as well as a courtesy call. No response. They didn't even keep me in the loop. Unfortunately for them I have another trainee program I'm applying for. Due to the fact they didn't even have the time for a simple courtesy call is the reason I gave them 2 stars. They left me in the dark. I can't see when its pitch balck.
