From the initial pitch, to the scoping and build of our website, through to ongoing maintenance, Zen were great to work with. They understood our requirements from the word go and were able to build a website that is both functional and stylish. Redefine|BDL Hotels had a need to create a weddings platform that our 45+ hotels could sit on. We needed this to be flexible and easy to update, all while standing out and looking great. This is exactly what we got, we’ve received great feedback from our peers and users alike. Working with Alan and Scott is great as both are extremely responsive and helpful. WARNING: DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!I wish I would have read reviews on this company before I decided to go ahead. I have never had such a bad experience. I have realised that I am not the only one and a simple search of 'Zen Agency' on google will bring up previous employee reviews and previous client reviews who all say the same thing.Please save your money and go elsewhere. There are many decent, talented and honest website companies in and around Glasgow, but unfortunately this isn't one of them.The owner, Alan, is quite frankly a horrible bully. The staff turnover is ridiculously high and it's not surprising when you look at the man who runs the company! We were given so many false promises, so many 'yeah that's not a problem', a deadline which took 5x what we were initially told and a tonne of extra costs along the way that were supposed to be included, but later down the line when we felt like our hands were tied (we wanted this project finished as soon as possible), were told weren't. This whole project cost nearly double what we initially were told and we have since had to go elsewhere as the standard of the work passed over to us was shocking.The whole experience made me ill and I actually feel a duty to warn other people to please avoid them and take your hard-earned money to a company that can actually deliver on their promises and won't try to add on extra costs and trick you along the way.As I said, read other reviews online, I'm not the only one and just wish I would have done my research before entering into business with them.
