I am very frustrated with the services that I am receiving from State Farm. I liked it better when local services were provided instead of dealing with Pennsylvania, Tennesee, etc. to arrange tow trucks, arrange estimates and make claims. At one point I think you had two different organizations picking up the same vehicle. I am not happy.
