I worked with Thoughtprocess Interactive (TPI) on the design and development of a new site for a large non-profit organization. We came to TPI with a sitemap and wireframes and they improved upon and helped us implement our plans. TPI took time to understand our organization, in addition to the goals and target audiences for our site. They designed a custom WordPress site that aligned with our brand beautifully and really elevated our web presence. As the client, it was a joy to partner with TPI. They respected our brand assets and content while making thoughtful suggestions as we populated our site. The team at TPI is made up of technical specialists who are down-to-earth and exceptionally kind. The expert and professional James and Scott started us off, then Vicki was assigned to manage our project. Vicki is reliable, responsive, and talented. She effectively engaged Nichole and Sonny, who brought their diverse skills to the table while keeping things moving swiftly on our ambitious timeline. Tami handled our billing and was always a pleasure to correspond with. James leads TPI but still managed to do a lot of nitty gritty design and development work at the beginning of our project, then remained in the loop with Scott as things progressed – very impressive and unique. I’ve been in the marketing and communications space for most of my career and as a result, have worked with several technical consultants. TPI was by far the most talented and well-rounded – I’m very grateful to their entire team!
